CONFLICT COACHING
Conflict coaching is a one-on-one process to help people gain the confidence to engage in communicating concerns.
Conflict can be a tremendous opportunity to learn. In this one-on-one process, clients enhance their understanding of the conflict by working with the coach to develop skills and strategies for interacting with the other party.
